• Minimum Contribution: 25 SOL

• Maximum Contribution: No max (until full allocation of 1 billion $LOX tokens depleted)

• Pricing Structure: Based on the current stage of the Seed Round

• Vesting: Mandatory for all participants

Pricing Mechanism

The token price is determined by the current stage of the Seed Round. For example, if the sale is in Stage 3, pricing for VC & Private investors aligns with that stage’s threshold.

Vesting Terms

To ensure a sustainable token economy and prevent market manipulation, all purchases are subject to a vesting schedule:

For Contributions Under 200 SOL:

✅ 2-months cliff (no tokens unlocked) or ✅ TGE Contract Creation ✅ 12-month linear vesting (tokens released gradually each month)

For Contributions Over 200 SOL:

✅ 2-months cliff (no tokens unlocked) ✅ 18-month linear vesting (tokens released gradually each month)

⚡ Monthly Unlock: A percentage of tokens is automatically unlocked every month based on the total allocation and vesting duration.

All private & VC Investors token allocation is distribution post signing the SAFT Agreement.
