Hyperion DAO
Governance Framework
Introduction
HyperionDAO is the governance entity overseeing the LiftOff.Monster & Orbidex.Monster ecosystem. It is responsible for managing treasury funds, executing strategic decisions, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the ecosystem.
DAO Structure & Governance
HyperionDAO is structured in two key phases:
Phase 1: Council-Led Governance (Pre-TGE, DEployment & <1000 Holders)
Governance is managed by attributed DAO members, including core team members, advisors, and trusted contributors.
All major decisions are internally reviewed and voted on by the DAO Council.
Treasury operations are secured through Gnosis Safe (Multisig Wallet) on Solana.
Community participation is limited to discussions, with no direct voting rights at this stage.
Phase 2: Full On-Chain Community Governance (Post-TGE, Deployment & 1000+ Holders)
Governance expands to include token holders, who will have voting rights on specific proposals.
The DAO will transition to on-chain governance via Snapshot & Tally.
Decision-making will be managed through role-based voting, ensuring an efficient and structured governance model.
Proposals for treasury allocation, ecosystem expansion, and governance changes will be subject to token-based weighted voting.
DAO Treasury & Ecosystem Management
HyperionDAO holds and manages the entirety of the Ecosystem Fund, accounting for 5% of the total supply.
The fund is used for staking, liquidity, partnerships, grants, and ecosystem growth.
Treasury allocations and major expenditures require unanimous DAO Council approval.
DAO Roles & Responsibilities
Core Governance Members: Oversee and execute DAO proposals.
Treasury Managers: Handle fund distribution and strategic allocations.
Development & Operations: Manage technical upgrades, integrations, and platform expansions.
