# Use of funds 💰

### Pinksale Seed Round, Public Seed Round & VC funding <a href="#team" id="team"></a>

Investor Seed Rounds token allocation. All funds from Seed Rounds go to development & marketing initiatives.&#x20;

### Advisors & Partners <a href="#advisors-and-partners" id="advisors-and-partners"></a>

A sum set aside to cover partnership-related costs. There’s quite a wide scope for this and the reason behind setting aside a substantial token supply.

### Staking <a href="#staking" id="staking"></a>

The staking fund will hold LOX tokens, and they will become available by staking LOX on the native Staking Dapp.&#x20;

### Airdrop & Rewards <a href="#airdrop-and-rewards" id="airdrop-and-rewards"></a>

Airdrops and all other rewards will come from this token pool. Also includes marketing initiatives.&#x20;
